Meet Miller!

Miller is a brave Terrier mix learning to love life. Miller’s journey hasn’t been an easy one. For his first two years, he knew only neglect—abandoned in a yard with 30 other dogs, surviving with little human interaction and no idea what it meant to be loved. His world was grim, and human`s were something to fear. But despite his heartbreaking past, Miller is proving that love and patience can change everything.

Since his rescue, Miller has come leaps and bounds in learning to trust people. As he learns to trust people he prefers older children. He’s starting to realize that treats are pretty amazing and that kindness exists. While still shy, he finds comfort in other dogs, who help him build confidence and learn how to just be a dog. Now, he needs a very special, patient adopter who will continue showing him that the world is safe, humans can be kind, and life is meant to be enjoyed. It would be best that his forever home has another dog. We can’t wait to see Miller finally loved, spoiled, and thriving the way he always should have been. Bring this little guy home and show him a life he has never experienced.
