Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Contact Information: Dawn in Grass Valley Ca., e-mail newdawnrescue@yahoo.com or call to get information at (530) 432-7541.
PLEASE E-MAIL DAWN IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING HARRIET,
HOMELESS LITTLE LADY HARRIET IS SEARCHING FOR A FAMILY TO LOVE AND A PLACE TO CALL HOME
Harriet's time for living had come to an end at the shelter she was at. This shelter is forced to put dogs down do to lack of space. An email is sent out with a list of animals that have 48 hours to be either adopted or rescued. Harriet is one of the lucky ones that was rescue by Dawn of newdawn dog rescue until she can help find Harriet a new companion, family & home that she can call her own.
Harriet is around 8 years old, is a small sized dog, weight at 18 pounds. She is spayed, up to date with routine shots. Harriet is a Lhasa Apso little princess mix, with a mellow happy personality, enjoys belly rubs, and being close to her companion. She likes to fall asleep on your lap. Harriet's eyes are sensitive to bright light because I think she has always had fur covering her eyes, as you can see in the video of her outside, when she's in the house, her eyes are wide open and appear to be just fine. Harriet knows how to use the large doggy door, is very smart, did not get car sick in my car. Does well around the other dogs here as you can see in the video, she may be a good companion to take to work, if you're allowed, she loves to sleep at your feet..
I always think it's good to take your puppy or dog to obedience school to learn how to be a well mannered family member..
Please email me as much information about what kind of home and family life a dog like Harriet would have if adopted by you. Please e-mail Dawn of newdawn dog rescue if interested in adopting, and we'll email you back after reading what you had to say. also. Please leave a call back number
