My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Enzo

We are quite sure we don't need to point out Enzo's amazing, crystal blue eyes to you!

But there is more to him than just a pretty face.. this 5-6 year old boy is chill, happy, house-trained, crate-trained, kid friendly, dog friendly, and just an all around great guy you can take anywhere!

Enzo was picked up stray last year by a local animal shelter, and no one ever came for him. We can’t imagine why because he's been just about perfect in his foster home and at our events!

While he was in the shelter system he was diagnosed with the lowest grade mast cell tumor and had surgery to remove them. He has been doing great! We would be happy to discuss this in more detail if you're interested in making this sweetheart part of your family.

All you have to do is submit an application and we'll be in touch!

Additional adoption info

To Do All We Can to Aid in the Rescue, Safety and Welfare of Stray and Abandoned Animals to end as much suffering as possible.

We realize we cannot save the world … but we can try by working with each rescued animal on an individual basis.

Go meet their pets

Because we are not a shelter, do not have a boarding facility, and are not connected with any other agency, we always welcome foster homes where animals can stay temporarily. We also welcome all tax-deductible donations from individuals or foundations.
No donation is too small.

More about this rescue

A Welcome Home Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit created to help the homeless, hurt and/or abandoned animals. Our end goal is to place each animal in a permanent, loving home where all their needs will be met. We believe every animal deserves humane treatment. We believe in our role as caretakers, protecting those who cannot defend themselves, speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves.
