Meet Al! First and foremost, he's very opposed to personal space. Are you looking at your phone? No you’re not, because Al is standing on your chest. Were you going to turn on the TV? Try again, because Al is rubbing his face on your face. Are you petting him with only one hand? Absurd. Use both. If you stop petting him, don’t worry he’ll just use both his paws to grab your hand and pull you back toward him. Al doesn’t want to just be in your lap, he wants to be as close to you as physically possible.
This sweet boy was found on the street and it seems like he’s making up for a lifetime of missed snuggles. If you’ve ever said, “I want a cuddly cat!” we have just the thing. Al is learning all about toys in his foster home. He wasn't sure at first, having been an outdoor guy, but once he discovered scratchers and tunnels, he started having a blast.
Al's favorite show is Gabby’s Dollhouse, which his foster parents put on when they’re not at home to keep him company. He gets lonely when you’re away too long, so he would love an adopter who works from home or is a stay at home parent. He also enjoys chatting with his cat foster sister under the door of his room, so we think he would be a big fan of having a cat friend too.
Al is FIV+ from his life on the street, but it’s not stopping him from living a full, healthy life. If you meet Al, you won't regret it because there's absolutely no way you won't fall in love!
