Meet Scrappy! This lovable guy is not only sweet, but he’s also possibly bilingual—see what commands he knows in both English and in Spanish! He’s a fan of toys and affection from his favorite people. He’s super curious and loves sniffing and exploring his surroundings while on his leisurely walks. Scrappy can’t wait to join your family and fill your home with love and joy!
