Hello there, my name is Milky Way! I'm a pretty tabby girl, looking for a fresh start on life. I enjoy curling up in my cozy cubby bed. Cat naps are the best! When I'm not taking a snooze, I'll roll around and play with my toys. I enjoy spending time with my favorite humans. It can take me a little time to adjust to new situations, but just be patient, and I'll warm up to you! Once I get to know you, I'll lean into your hand for more pats and love.

Likes: Watching cat TV, playing with feather toys, lots of affection, and taking a snooze in a cubby.
Dislikes: New environments - I need time to adjust please!
Volunteer Update: Milky Way has settled into the shelter and the volunteers consider her a role model kitty for house cats. She loves attention and will cuddle and swoon when you pet her but is not demanding. If you don't have time, she can entertain herself. She loves lying in a stream of sunshine and her coat glistens. She has an adorable face and sort of struts when she walks. You have to meet her to see for yourself.
