Carter is 3 years old (born 11/6/2021) and a sweet boy who wants all the love he can get - constantly looking for cuddles and offering never-ending kisses. He loves playing catch and will return the ball to your feet. He needs to have a fenced-in yard. He is okay on the leash, but a little extra training would get it down quickly. He is great with other dogs and cats. He is great with kids, but probably best if the kid is a little older, like 4-5 and older.
There is no history of violent outbursts—he lets our toddler lay on him with no issues. He is potty trained, up to date on all vaccines, and neutered. We have never had any complaints about him going in for grooming.
Unfortunately, our home is becoming too crowded with another older dog, a cat, and a toddler. This will only be exacerbated as we begin planning for a second child.
