Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rosie was part of a group of Chihuahua’s that was found dumped in the country. It was later learned that her owner dumped them. I was able to go trap them all and one by one have them vetted. All are very social and loving and looking for a home that will give them the love the deserve. Rosie is spayed, accinated and chipped.
