My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Annie!

This beautiful 2 year old girl came to our rescue earlier this year, weighing half her weight! She had been found on the streets and very obviously had a rough start in life :(

But check her out now! Annie is a really nice, happy, playful and silly girl.... and she is super smart. She's a perfect size now - weighing only 35 pounds. She’s very food motivated and LOVES learning new tricks! She knows: place, go potty, focus, heel, break, sit, down, stay, crate, settle, spin left, spin right, around each leg (separately), weave between both legs, over, paw, other paw, and both paws (crowd favorite).

Annie loves walks and is great on leash. She loves playing in the water with the hose, chasing lizards and doing zoomies in the yard.

Annie is still uncertain about other dogs, most likely because of her upbringing, but we are working on that with lots of walks and opportunities to see other pups.
