Meet Duke! This handsome and dignified gentleman has a lot of love to give to the right person. Duke is a smart and playful dog who loves to explore and check out what's going on around him. He's affectionate and loves to cuddle up on the couch with his favorite people. Duke is 100% blind in his left eye and 50% blind in the other. This does not stop him though, he just takes his time to walk around new areas so he knows where he can walk and know his boundaries. He will show you a silly, fun, and goofy side of him that will definitely make you laugh. He can be dog tested and cat tested upon request. If you're looking for a brave and funny companion who will stick by your side through thick and thin, look no further than Duke! While Duke's past may be a mystery, his future is not! He loves car rides, UTD, microchipped, neutered. We are unsure if he is house trained, however, he is a fast learner, so this should be easy to do with a routine. Duke has a doggy door that he has access to at woofwoof fosters, so he goes out as he needs too. ( he has not peed or pooped in the quarantine building.

Once you submit an application, we will call or text you to further discus who you are interested in adopting.

This is done during our phone conversation.

Home Check
We require a home inspection, This includes where the dog will eat/sleep/ go potty and hang out. This can be done virtually.

Approve Application
Once we approve the home during inspection and get verification of the next vet appointment, your application is approved.

if using rescue riders, this will be at the location given from rescue riders.

We are willing to adopt to out of state residents, we can get in contact with a company that transports. There will be a transportation fee.

Let us start by telling you the "WHY" and "HOW" woofwoof fosters was created. Our founder
moved to TN in February of 2019. Since moving here, she has seen a lot of
posts on Facebook and other social media sites about missing, neglected, homeless, abused dogs, and
overcrowded shelters and rescues. Our founder and her family rented houses while
searching for a place to buy that would accommodate animals. In 2022, they finally found
a home to buy! Now that they have a home and some land, they want to do what they can
to help! The dream is that one day rescue organizations won't be needed and that all
humans will see these beautiful furbabies for what they are….. love in the purest form. It
is part of woofwoof foster's mission to make this happen.
