Quiet, gentle, and totally endearing—Miss Furgie is a demure young lady who’s made incredible strides in her foster home. Once shy and reserved, she’s blossomed into a sweet, curious companion who’s learning to love affection. Head rubs, chin scratches, and back scritches? Yes, please! She’s even become a pro at making biscuits, all while confidently strutting around with her tail held high.

While she’s not a lap cat just yet, she knows her name and will happily greet you at the door like the graceful little hostess she is.

Furgie adores wand toys, catnip, and Greenies treats (which she takes very seriously). And, like her foster sister Pawla Abdul, she has a weakness for any bread left unattended—so be prepared for snack patrol duty!

The way to Furgie’s heart is through play and treats. She gets along beautifully with Pawla- often found playing and sleeping together (also available for adoption) and plays the “cool big sister” role well—slightly more independent, but still very affectionate in her own way. She’d love to be adopted with Pawla, or into a home with another friendly, playful cat around her age.

Furgie may be a bit shy around strangers and would do best in a calm home where she can warm up at her own pace. She might do well with gentle kids who understand the art of patience and quiet friendship.

Furgie eats Wellness brand canned food and any dry food.
