Rusty is an adorable 3 month old male mixed breed dog. Our best guess is a spaniel or shepherd mix. He has a beautiful, unique coat with longer golden fur and a dark face!
Rusty is a sweet boy who found himself in a tough situation in Texas when he was found abandoned and brought to the shelter.
He has started his potty training in Texas, but his new family should be prepared to do more training as he is just a young puppy.
He is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition.
He will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday, March 21st, and will be available to meet, and take home if he is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below.
His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. He is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption. Should he not be a good fit for your family upon meeting, the deposit is refundable.
If he does not receive a deposit prior to her arrival, he will be available to meet on a first come first serve basis by appointment with his foster family or at our upcoming adoption events.
