Meet Victor - Just rescued!

A tearful story….
This gorgeous friendly boy was discovered in a locked garage with no food or water. The people who owned him moved and left him to die.
When found he was starving but in good health.
We are giving him a birthday of March 17, 2022…St. Patrick’s Day.
He is marvelous!
Neutered and litter box trained. He will be vaccinated and microchipped.
Orange tabby with medium to long hair.
