Meet our handsome red boy named Flynn! Flynn is about 2 years old and he came to our shelter after he was found roaming in town. He is a very friendly and affectionate boy who loves to get attention! We think Flynn is a mix of a type of Spaniel and Golden Retriever. He weighs about 46 lbs and he is full grown. True to Retriever nature, Flynn loves tennis balls and will lumber after them while we throw them for him in our backyard. He is a gentle boy who loves being pet. Flynn had a very bad ear infection when he first came in, which has now been treated, but we believe he will need to have his ears cleaned regularly to keep this from happening again. He may possibly need allergy medication long term. Flynn is good with other dogs and he can go to a home with children 10 years old and older.

You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.
An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.
ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
