Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Pita!
Pita is a 9-month-old, 60-pound cattle dog mix who’s as smart as he is playful. His favorite game is tug, and he’s already mastered sit, lay down, wait, stay, leave it, and don’t beg. He’s great on leash, too—he’ll even sit with a gentle pull upward.
Food is the way to his heart, which makes him highly trainable. Because he can be protective of his meals, his foster has been teaching him to sit before eating and practice calmly giving up his bowl mid-meal for a tasty reward. With consistency, he’ll keep improving.
Pita is house-trained and lets you know when he needs to go out by politely whining at the door. He’s never had an accident, loves chewing sticks, and is eager to learn more every day.
This smart, loyal pup is looking for an active home that will continue his training and give him the love and structure he thrives on. If you’re ready for a playful companion with brains and heart, Pita could be your perfect match!
Pita is neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and ready to find his forever home.
