My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

9/17/10
Well, here he is! A pint sized BC/mini Aussie mix. He is all of 17 LBS. A boy! Neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and ready for a family of his very own.
Pip came to us after we received a call from the animal control. Pip was very thin, slightly bald and being eaten alive by parasites and fleas. He was one sad pup...After 2 months of medical and TLC, Pip has been declared fit and healthy and he has come to life!

Pip still has some fur growth to go but it seems like fur is growing all the time. He is bouncy (and I mean very bouncy), playful, active (medium energy level), happy and curious boy. Because of his slow start in life, he can be a little cautious of people who are unfamiliar, yet warms up within no time. Pip is going to need a family who will help him overcome his cautiousness with gentle yet firm management, building his confidence and letting him know exactly how much fun life really can be!

He loves food - ALL food, so the way to Pip's heart is through his stomach...
He is currently being fostered with other dogs, cats, chickens and children and is doing really well.
Pip knows the following commands: sit, come (he has excellent recall) and ah ah (stop what you are doing and look at me). He is well on the way to being house-trained, but not quite there yet!

If you are interested in knowing more about Pip or considering adopting Pip, please don't hesitate to contact me via w-mail and I will be glad to answer any specific questions you may have to help you determine if Pip is the guy for your family...
