My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sheba is less of a house cat and more of a refined, feline intellectual who happens to reside indoors. With her luxurious black fur and piercing gaze, she’s the perfect combination of mystery and elegance—like a cat who moonlights as a detective in a noir film.

Sheba prefers to spend her days perched in a prime observation spot, silently judging the world as it unfolds before her. Whether it’s birds flitting outside the window, other pets making questionable life choices, or you attempting to assemble furniture, she’s watching. Always watching.

Affection? She enjoys it—in moderation. A quiet head scratch is acceptable, but lap time? Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. She’s more of a “sit beside you and exchange knowing glances” type. Earning her trust takes time, but once you do, she’s yours forever—loyal, dignified, and probably still judging you just a little.

Sheba is a beautiful black longhaired kitty about 6 years old. She is fixed, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped. She is currently being cared for by our rescue, but would like you to make her a part of your family today! The adoption fee of $100 will benefit other CPR rescue animals.

More about this rescue

CPR is a foster/volunteer based rescue, with a 501c(3) non-profit status, dedicated to rescuing stray and abandoned animals. We do not have a central "shelter" as all of our animals are placed in foster homes until forever homes can be found. Our goal is to rescue as many animals as we can safely manage thru foster homes. We rescue dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, birds and other small animals.
