My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shirley and Laverne: A Perfect Pair for Adoption (One fee of $950 for the pair)
Meet Shirley and Laverne
Introducing Shirley and Laverne, two delightful Jack Russell Terriers who are ready to find their forever home. These two charming dogs were recently rescued by Barking Mad Animal Rescue after being found as strays, and they are now eager to become cherished members of a loving family.
Shirley
Age: 1 - 2 years old
Weight: 9 pounds
Shirley is the younger of the two, Laverne is probably her mother, full of youthful energy and curiosity. Her playful nature and affectionate demeanor make her a joy to be around. She's an active little terrier, always ready for a game of fetch or a romp in the yard.
Laverne
Age: 6+ years old
Weight: 12 pounds
Laverne is just as active as her daughter...always on a mission to hunt something! At six+ years old, she probably taught Shirley her extreme hunting skills ! Laverne is excellent at ratting, a traditional skill for Jack Russells, which can be a great asset if you're looking for a natural pest controller.
Why Adopt Them Together?
Shirley and Laverne have formed a strong bond with each other, making them inseparable companions. Adopting them together will ensure they continue to thrive and support each other in their new home. Their complementary personalities offer a perfect blend of energy and companionship, making them an ideal addition to any household.
Ready for Adoption
Both Shirley and Laverne have been fully vetted, ensuring they are in great health and ready to embark on the next chapter of their lives. They are people-friendly and will quickly become beloved members of any family. Their active nature and friendly dispositions mean they'll bring endless joy and laughter to their new home.
If you're looking for a pair of loyal, loving dogs who will fill your home with joy and adventure, consider adopting Shirley and Laverne. This dynamic duo is sure to brighten your days with their endearing personalities and unwavering companionship. Contact Barking Mad Animal Rescue today to meet Shirley and Laverne, and give them the loving home they deserve!
These two should probably be the only dogs in the home! While we have them with other dogs, they can be quite bossy and cause a disturbance. If you have bunnies or cats...these gals are not for you. They hunt and prey is prey! If you want active companions that will follow you all day long...these are your girls. And they are ready for naps at night...so prepare for cuddle bugs!
