Meet Madeline – A Sweet Tabby Boy Learning to Shine!
Madeline may have come with a fancy name, but this little tabby is all boy! At around five months old, he’s still learning to trust the world, but every day he grows braver—playing, exploring, and showing glimpses of the affectionate kitty he’s meant to be. With a little patience (and maybe some tasty treats), he’ll continue to blossom in a loving home.
Madeline also happens to be FIV+, but don’t let that scare you! Cats with FIV can live long, happy, and healthy lives—just like any other cat. FIV is not easily spread and doesn’t require special care, just regular vet checkups and a stress-free home. He can even live with non-FIV cats as long as everyone gets along.
If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle tabby who just needs a little encouragement to fully come out of his shell, Madeline might be the perfect fit!

We ask an adoption fee of $175 Which includes a general health exam, spay /neuter surgery, and microchip ID implant, Felv/FIV testing, age-appropriate vaccinations including rabies.

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
