My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bubba has quietly stolen the hearts of everyone at the sanctuary, from volunteers to staff, but despite his gentle nature and perfect manners, this senior boy keeps getting overlooked—simply because of his breed. We're here to change that, because Bubba deserves a loving home to call his own.

Bubba is the definition of a gentleman. He walks beautifully on a leash, loves kids, and even enjoys the company of cats. He’s not a fan of other dogs, so he’s looking for a home where he can be the only canine companion—but trust us, this sweet soul will fill your heart and home all on his own.

He’s a favorite around here, often taking lunch breaks with our kennel staff or catching a nap in the kitchen. He’s even a regular at staff meetings, always on his best behavior, quietly soaking up the attention (and occasional treats).

We all adore Bubba, but what he truly needs is a real home, a soft spot to rest his head, and a person or family to love him through his golden years. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s already won over an entire staff, Bubba might just be the perfect dog for you.

Let’s help Bubba find the forever home he’s been waiting for. 💙
