Beau is a dear, gentle, friendly and energetic 4 year old German Shepherd who needs a new home. He was rescued from a neglectful situation but the current resident senior, grumpy dog is not accepting him.
Despite years of neglect during Beau's early years, he is affectionate, playful, and craves attention.
He is house and crate trained. Beau is friendly with people, including children, and eager to make friends with other dogs. He’s an active, high-energy dog who loves the outdoors, running around and playing with sticks and balls.
Beau knows some basic commands as SIT, LAY DOWN, STAY, CRATE, GIVE and COME. He is a fast learner and will benefit from additional training to perfect his leash manners.
Beau lived with an infant in his previous house and was always sweet and curious towards the baby.
When indoors he loves being curled up next to you or on top of you.
Beau is the sweetest boy who is blossoming with love, consistency and routine. He would be happiest in a home with a yard where he can run and play, and with a loving family where he can get a ton of love and snuggles.
