My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: North Mankato, MN

Nala is a very sweet and loving girl! She loves to snuggle up with her humans and just chill in their presence. She also loves playing with other dogs, and would love having another dog in the house. She is a puppy with puppy energy though, so preferably a confident and larger dog who can teach her dog manners and with energy to play with her. She would be happy as the only dog too, stealing all the attention of her family. Nala loves looking out the windows and chewing on her chew toys. She's a very smart girl and knows basic commands like sit and lay down. She is doing excellent with potty training and knows to ring the bell when she needs to go outside. She does well in her crate now that she is comfortable in her foster home, but in a new environment she may need help getting comfortable with her kennel. She gets a little anxious being left alone but as she learns her routine, she gets more comfortable. She does not have experience with cats, but does show high prey drive on walks so might be best with no cats. She has experience with kids and loves them but has puppy energy and tries to play with them, so she would do better with older kids or no kids. She is a little shy with new people, but once she meets you becomes the biggest love bug and wants all the belly rubs and cuddles. Nala is hoping for a forever family to love her and take her on lots of adventures! So what are you waiting for? Apply now, Nala is waiting to meet you!

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
