Meet Purrvana, a handsome guy whose happy place is by his best friend’s side.
Purrvana is still learning to trust and is discovering the joy of living with kind humans. He enjoys being close to his foster mom, allowing her to pet him for brief moments. When she speaks to him in her gentle voice, he listens intently and smiles. Though he appreciates her company, he feels safest in a cozy hiding spot. Purrvana shows interest, but he needs time to feel truly comfortable. That’s where his best friend, Coral, comes in! Together, they help each other build confidence.
When Coral enjoys something, Purrvana is encouraged to join in and try it too. Over time, he relaxes more and starts to explore. Coral, who is naturally more confident, leads the way, and Purrvana follows. As he begins to feel at home, you’ll see his playful side emerge. He loves climbing cat trees, as if scaling a mountain to find the perfect sunny spot for a nap. At night, he zooms around the house, pouncing like a playful tiger.
There’s so much more to Purrvana than meets the eye, and many beautiful qualities still waiting to be revealed. He hasn’t discovered the joy of cat toys yet, but when he does, it will melt your heart. He’s off to a wonderful start and just needs the patience of a loving family, along with the companionship of Coral, to help his true personality shine through.
Note from their foster: Coral and Purrvana would be ok with cat-savvy, gentle dogs (with appropriate introductions), and with older, cat-savvy children.
