Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This gorgeous one and a half year old, 70-pound boy was adopted when he was a cute young puppy, but he was returned to a shelter over a year later because he was “too big”. Copper has left the past behind though and is enjoying life in his foster home while he waits for his forever family to find him and bring him home.
Copper is a super nice boy who loves people and other dogs. He would really enjoy being part of an active family who would play ball with him and take him for daily walks. He would sure make a fun hiking buddy too. Copper would do well as an only dog, soaking up all the attention, or would make a great addition to a family who would like to add a second dog to their pack. We think he would do best in a family with older kids, simply because his size and enthusiasm might be too much for little kids.
Copper is neutered, microchipped, and up to to date on vaccines and preventives. If you’d like to make this fun-loving guy a member of your family, please email bigyellowdog.wendy@gmail.com for an application.
