My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Give our cats & kittens a loving, forever home, and let them put a smile on your face!

Malina is a gentle, mellow young tortoiseshell with striking butterscotch and black “catwalk camouflage” and the sweetest, soulful dark round eyes. She enjoys the company of other cats, but cherishes quiet time curled up on a cat tree. Naturally shy and cautious, Malina warms up with patience and enjoys gentle petting. She’ll often follow you, reaching out for more attention. She’s happiest being near you rather than on your lap, and shows affection with soft purrs, quiet morning greetings, and gentle love blinks. Malina will need a patient and quiet home where there is gentle handling, experience, and kindness.  Email foster at socalpetrescue1@gmail.com or fill out application at socalpetrescue.com

More about this rescue

Greyfoot Cat Rescue & Sanctuary is a non-profit founded in 1999, by a group of animal loving friends. We place unwanted, abandoned and homeless cats and kittens into permanent loving homes. We have successfully placed over 5000 cats and kittens and altered 2300 feral cats (TNR). Our "no kill" sanctuary "The Cat Ranch" houses our adoptables and 37 lucky special needs and feral cats. Our wish is for every cat and kitten to be a wanted cat and to stop all killing at our county shelter.
