Age: ~ 3 years (as of 3/24/25)
Weight: 8.8 lbs (as of 3/24/25)
Location: RI
This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.
We Can’t Believe Spot Hasn’t Been Adopted Yet!
Meet Spot: The Pint-Sized CEO of Snuggles
Spot isn’t just a dog—he’s a tiny executive in the business of love, and his quarterly reports show maximum cuddles, zero chaos. This little guy is sweet, gentle, and just a tad shy—think “introvert at a party” vibes, but with way better ears.
Spot’s hobbies?
â Perfecting the art of lap domination
â Supervising backyard adventures (a play yard would make him swoon!)
â Networking with dogs his size—big dogs need not apply, he’s all about the small squad.
He’s house-trained, non-destructive, and politely declines the crate life (he’s more of an open-concept kind of guy). Spot dreams of a quiet home with no kids, low foot traffic, and plenty of cozy spots for his board meetings (aka naps).
Spot’s story: Once abandoned in a Rhode Island park, this resilient little gentleman was rescued by an SOS hero and is now ready to sign the adoption papers for his forever home.
Choose Spot. Choose laughter. Choose the best snuggle investment you’ll ever make.
An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
