My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey! Hi! My name is Toby and I am one of the cutest little fellows you have ever seen! I was found by a kind stranger as I was hanging around several office buildings dodging cars and people! She was able to “catch” me thank goodness! I rode with her to the shelter where I have been waiting for my family to claim me. No one ever came for me and I am now ready for adoption. I have all of my vaccinations, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. When I came in I had some skin issues going on! While I have been here I have been getting oral medication and medicated baths. I know that soon my coat will be thick and shiny! I am still a young puppy so please teach me everything I need to know to be the best family pet you ever had!

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
