He rarely has accidents in the house and will scratch at the back door to be let out and let back in. He does go for walks, but as is his Beagle nature, loves to sniff along the way. Nature walks with lots of different smells are great enrichment for him. He loves to snuggle - in bed beside you, on your lap on the couch while you watch TV, wherever he can be most cozy. He loves people of all ages and is big on kisses - so much so that you'd think he was running for Mayor! He leaves the resident cat alone for the most part, but takes cues from the other foster puppy in the house and will join in the chase. The puppies love to play - the cat less so. He is getting better at respecting her boundaries, and no longer bays/howls at her while she eats. All in all, he'd make an excellent companion for someone who needs a cuddle buddy and accountability for getting your steps in. Please consider Arrow so he can find his forever home! Arrow is a 4 month old Red Beagle mix who came from Georgia to gain even more fans of his charming good looks. Arrow is still getting the hang of housetraining, and his forever family will need to dedicate time and resources to seeing him through this process. Arrow can be a very curious pup and will jump for joy at the sight or smell of food. He even likes to give his classic Beagle "Aroo!" at the kitty in his foster home, because she's mean and doesn't share her food. He is a voracious eater (classic Beagle) and sniffer, and one of the sweetest pups you'll ever meet. He has striking good looks and very soft fur. He sleeps in a crate at night in his foster parents' bedroom and isn't fussy about bedtime. Other than the typical puppy energy, Arrow has shown himself to be a laid-back, relaxed little guy who likes to take in the sights and smells around him.
