My name is Rocco!

Rocco has spent months waiting for a place to call home. At just 10 months old, he’s still learning what it means to feel safe, to trust, and to let his guard down. Found alongside another dog, his past is a mystery, but one thing is clear—this sweet, loyal boy is ready to find a family who will give him the love and patience he needs to truly shine.

Once Rocco knows he can trust you, his true personality starts to emerge. He’s affectionate and playful, eager to soak up every bit of love and attention. He’s the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation—he loves going for walks just as much as he loves curling up for a nap. He’s already house and crate trained and knows basic commands like sit, stay, and lay down.

While Rocco adores his people, he needs a little extra time to warm up to strangers, especially men. He’s also selective with other dogs and needs slow introductions to feel comfortable. Because of his nervous nature, he wouldn’t do well in a home with children.

What Rocco needs most is a calm, patient family willing to show him that the world isn’t such a scary place. He’s looking for someone who will give him the time he needs to trust, and in return, he’ll offer a lifetime of unwavering loyalty and love. If you can be that person for Rocco, he’s more than ready to meet you.



Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home.
