What is Rehome?

Urgent Rehome ASAP-running out of time and it is so cold, I can’t keep him indoors as much as I’d love . Chevy is a 6 year old neutered male Staffordshire who is up to date on all shots. My daughter is highly allergic and we can’t tend to him as he needs. Chevy needs 1:1 companionship as he gets lonely easily. Chevy is not good with cats and not very socialized with other dogs. He does very well on walks (esp with a harness), knows basic commands, sleeps well in a crate and physically healthy.
He will chew any wood fence if alone for periods of time outside and we have had to fix ours several times even with him being on a runner. He prefers to be inside. Chevy would benefit from more training but overall does pretty well and mellows out once you let him get his wiggles out.
Who would he be best for? Likely an adult(s), or families with older children/teens, veterans, post incarcerated, or someone wanting a loyal 1:1 buddy & knows Staffordshire’s.
