My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Margarita — our one-of-a-kind Super Mutt. With 19 breeds in her DNA (yes, you read that right!), she’s the perfect mix of adorable and quirky — with Labrador Retriever and Chihuahua topping the list
This sweet 4-year-old mama is 37 pounds of love and ready for her next chapter She gave birth to her final litter on March 6.
Margarita loves chew toys, long walks, and insists on the tummy tax (belly rubs every time you pass — no exceptions! She’s crate and house t rained, and while she’s a little shy at first, she warms up with patience and love. She’s been such a good mama, and now it’s her turn to be spoiled.

If you are interested in adopting Margarita , please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.

**Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
