Dobby is a slightly nervous but sweet soul who’s looking for a special someone to give him the patience and understanding he deserves. While he takes some time to warm up to new people, once he feels safe, he’ll be your loyal and loving best friend.
Recently at an adoption event- Dobby sat per the request of a child holding a treat and gently took it from his hand. He is making great progress with his current foster in Grand Junction.
Donald/Dobby would thrive in a calm, experienced home ideally one with other confident dogs to help show him the ropes. He finds comfort and confidence in canine companions, and their presence helps him come out of his shell.
This handsome boy needs someone who’s willing to go slow, let him set the pace, and celebrate the little wins. With time, love, and a gentle approach, Dobby has the potential to blossom into the devoted companion we know he can be.
