Shadow is a 4-year-old male Domestic Shorthair with a sleek black coat and an even smoother personality. He was found wandering in a Cincinnati suburb by a kind-hearted family who immediately recognized how friendly and social he was. Though they checked for a microchip, no owner could be found.

Already familiar with HART through a past adoption, the family reached out for help rehoming Shadow after realizing he was a bit too energetic for their resident cats. They described him as incredibly affectionate, great with kids, and always eager to be around people. He’s fully litter box trained and absolutely adores being petted.

Shadow earned his name because he loves to follow you around and be close—your loyal little shadow! Now in a loving foster home, he's received all his vaccines and tests, and has settled in quickly. He’s ready to be your best friend, cuddle buddy, and constant companion.
