My husband and I adopted Nala and her adoptive sister Makka back in 2019 and had 6 amazing years together. After pregnancy I developed allergies that did not improve over time. For that reason we are looking to re-home her and her adopted sister into a happy and loving home. Nala is very social and warms up to people quickly after a visit or two. She is one of the sweetest cats I have ever met, and I call her my empath cat. Anytime you are sad she seems to know and will find you and boop you with her head multiple times. She has always been gentle with my son. She is afraid of dogs but socialized with new cats very quickly after getting to know them. She is the more playful of the two and will chase a laser all day long. After the initial adoption, we found out very quickly that she loves her Iams cat food and has been happily sporting some extra love weight.
