Stacy is an almost one-year-old female. With her distinctive "stash," she's sure to charm her way into your hearts in no time.
Stacy is learning to come out of her shell with her fosters and it's going great "Stacy’s become so much more sociable and absolutely loves cuddling. She’ll actively ask for pets and start purring right away. Stacy is a very shy girl. She tends to hide in new environments... once she feels a little calmer—usually after 2 days—her sweet side comes out quickly. She purrs as soon as she’s petted and loves affection of all kinds. "
Because she’s so timid, Stacy takes a bit longer to adjust to new homes. She would do best with a small, cozy pet bed or a quiet space where she can feel safe and comfortable on her own at first. Once she’s settled, she becomes incredibly gentle and affectionate, always ready for love and cuddles. She’s so loving that she’ll press her head hard against your hand when you pet her and immediately start kneading and purring the moment you touch her.
Stacy is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and had preventative treatments to ensure she is ready for her new home.
Submit an adoption survey from above and our team will reach out via phone or email (check spam) to schedule a counseling call. For any additional questions, please contact fosternyc@bestfriends.org.
Please remember, pets cannot be held or reserved.
