Ruby is a pretty short-haired deep brown, almost red looking female cat about 4 years old. She loves people and is definitely a lap cat. She’s chatty and enjoys following her humans around the house. She is a peaceful, calm cat. She is good with kids and other cats and is unphased by dogs. Ruby’s owner is trying to rehome her because she has exhibited some inappropriate elimination in her current home with other pets. Since the owner has kept her separated from the other pets, she has used the litter box faithfully. She is current on her vaccinations and otherwise healthy. We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. The majority of our cats and kittens come from high kill shelters. Through our application and interview process, we strive to make the 'purrfect' match to insure a loving, lifelong home for those in our care. We do NOT receive funding from any national organization, federal or state governments.
