Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Keanu is a 1-year-old male hound who’s been at the shelter since March 2025, and he’s ready to find a loving home where he can truly shine. ??
At first, Keanu can be a little shy, taking his time to get comfortable in new situations. But once he warms up, you’ll see just how sweet, gentle, and loving he really is. He has a soft spirit and a kind heart — the kind of dog who will quietly steal your heart once you earn his trust.
Keanu would do best in a calm, patient home that can help him build confidence and show him how good life can be. With a little love and reassurance, he’ll reward you with loyalty, affection, and endless tail wags.
If you’re looking for a kind, sensitive companion who just needs a chance to blossom, Keanu is your boy. At this time, if you have any dogs at home, they must come to the facility for a meet and greet.
All dog adoption fees include the animal being micro-chipped, spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, monthly heart worm and flea prevention, and any required medical care while with us.
Keanu came to us heart worm positive. He was heart worm treated and is now waiting the required amount of time before being retested. All dogs in our care are on monthly heart worm prevention, as any dog should be.
