Maxley is our little warrior, who had a rough start to life but proved to be a fighter. He has a spunky personality who loves to run wild in the backyard with the other dogs. He is a good boy who sleeps peacefully through the night in his kennel. He is mostly potty trained and has made tremendous progress in the last few weeks. He lives in a home with 2 other dogs, both of which he enjoys playing with, and 2 cats who he gets along with. The `puppy` in him will sometimes want to chase a kitty, but if corrected, will stop. There are also 2 children in the home (age 6 and 9) who adore Maxley. He will gladly accept any and all pets/attention and given the opportunity, will give the sweetest kisses - sometimes in your ear! We often call him `wiggle butt` because anytime you say his name, he just can`t contain his excitement and can`t stop wiggling! He does well on leash and loves going for walks. Maxley will make a wonderful addition to a home that can provide him with love, affection and the ability to exert his energy and zest for life!

The mission of One Love Animal Rescue, Inc. is to help abandoned, neglected, abused and unwanted pets by partnering with shelters, rescue groups and the community to facilitate adoption of these animals into permanent and loving homes.
Our goal is to save one life at a time by promoting local animal shelter adoptions and raising awareness in our community about responsible pet ownership. We strive to highlight the importance of spaying or neutering pets which will aid in the reduction of overpopulation. We believe that appropriate and positive reinforcement training and socialization of these shelter animals will lead to well-adjusted family pets, thereby decreasing the number of abandoned animals in shelters. Our dream is that one day all the shelters will be empty because every pet will have a home.
