Jasper is a 1-2 year old Terrier mix. He came to as a police confiscated from a difficult situation. Tragically, he was severely malnourished and weighed almost half of what he should. Today, several months later, he is thriving. He is outgoing and sweet and will do anything for a treat. Urgently needs a home.
