My name is Benji and I am sooooo SO playful ! ! ! I am a sweet boy that loves every single person. When my friends are taking a break from work at the hospital I live at, they let me run and play and jump and have fun! I may look shy but I am not al all. I love smiling -- smiling's my favorite! I have tons of friends but my friends tell me here that I need a permanent friend and house to sleep in instead. I'm not sure what they're talking about but I love when they talk to me! Please come and play with me!!!

Benji is a wonderful little dog look for his forever home. At 4 years old he is a sweet adult who has developed a wonderful personality. He was picked up as a stray from the streets of the Inland Empire and had been injured by likely another dog or coyote. He healed well and still gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Our adoption process starts with an application followed by an interview. If all goes well we will proceed with a home visit. At the time of the home visit we will bring the dog with us. If the home is safe, you will complete the adoption contract, pay the adoption fee and we will leave your new family member with you at that time.

Our adoption events are in Orange County on every Saturday. We also can make special arrangements during the week when it is impossible for someone to come on the weekends. Our goal is to pair up good pet parents with loving dogs in need.

More about this rescue

Our dogs are rescued from what is called "death row" at the city and county shelters, from a life abandoned on the streets, or from other situations of neglect and cruelty. While in our care they receive love, rehabilitation and medical care, if needed, and grooming. Since we are a small group, we are always in need of donations of any kind.
