My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nova – Our Shining New Star!
Nova’s name means “new star,” and that’s exactly what she is—a bright light after a dark beginning. This incredible mama was found dumped with her two babies, Kiki and Nugget, and since being rescued, she’s been showing the world just how special she truly is.

Nova is house-trained, crate-trained, and full of personality. She can be a little vocal when she’s excited, but quiets down quickly, especially when she’s with her favorite people. She absolutely loves human companionship and thrives on love and attention. Her favorite game? Playing ball—but only with yellow tennis balls! She’s also an energetic girl who would love a fenced-in yard to run and play to her heart’s content.

Nova adores kids and has lived around other dogs, cats, chickens, and even pigs (although she’s not the pig’s biggest fan!). She’s a well-rounded girl with so much love to give.

Nova has already made it through the hardest part of her journey. Now she’s ready for her fresh start, and she’s hoping her forever family is just around the corner. Could it be you?
