My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Nova is a beautiful black cat, born approx Oct 2024.  She came into her original foster home very weary of people but has since warmed up and has become a fun friend in the home.  She loves to play!  Her favorite things are chasing laser lights and springs around the house with the other cats.  She loves to be pet but the are a specific number of times and you won't know until you hit that number and she gives you a little nip.  She will need someone who can understand her cues and would do best with older, respectful kids  While she isn't a lap cat, she does love to be around the action and is usually found in the same room as her people.  She is fearless as well and has no issue with loud noises, vacuums, kids, etc.  She will need a home with another cat as that is her go to and she loves to play with them.  She might even tolerate a calm, respectful dog.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Her adoption fee is $150

Once you submit an application for a specific pet the foster home will review the application, follow up with any reference, and then reach out to set up a home check. At the home check you will meet the pet and we will conduct the interview. If things go as planned you can complete the adoption that day. For caged pets we require all the supplies be there and set up.

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers whose passion for animals have led us into the animal rescue community. We focus on local animals that are homeless, neglected, abused, or need a new home, and bring them to safety. Our goal is to educate, rehabilitate, and help connect animals with their forever home. Through education we hope to end the mistreatment and overpopulation of animals.
