Meet Sheikra!
Sheikra received her name after being rescued near Busch Gardens theme park, but she has also earned it since she is quite vocal.
She is certainly an attention-lover. You are not allowed to visit her without giving her pets or her rubbing on you. Her foster mom says she's goofy because she likes to walk around on her hind legs trying to get attention, looking like a dolphin jumping in the water.
She will continuously purr to show her enjoyment for attention but she does not sit still well for pictures because she would rather be on your lap or rubbing on your legs.
Sheika is about 7 months old and still has a lot of growing to do. She has been around other cats at the shelter and foster home but she would prefer to be the only cat in the home where she could get all the attention she deserves.
