This sweet boy came into my home about a year ago after his previous family could no longer keep him. I’ve spent that time training and working with him, and he’s made great progress. He’s a good dog with a lot of potential, but he needs more time, space, and structure than I can provide long-term.
As a Dutch Shepherd / Border Collie mix, he’s highly intelligent, driven, and eager to learn. He thrives with purpose and would be a fantastic work dog or active companion for someone who enjoys training and an active lifestyle. His recall is excellent, and he responds well to clear boundaries.
He can get along with other dogs, but would likely thrive most as the only dog, forming a strong bond with his person. An ideal home would be with someone experienced with working breeds, with a large yard or land, and excited to continue building his skills.
