Adoption steps

  1. Interview
    Please fill out an online questionnaire for review at www.hthhs.org/adoptionprocess.Once approved, move to step 2.
  2. Sign Adoption Contract
    Submit the adoption agreement online: www.hthhs.org/adoptionprocess.
    We will then email and invoice for fee payment.

  3. Take the Pet Home
    Once all applications are submitted, and fee payment is complete, we will set up an appointment to pick up your pet!!
  4. Sign Adoption Contract
    If its a match, you fill out the Adoption Agreement and pay the Adoption Fee sent to your phone as a link.
  5. Take the Pet Home
    Upon completion of steps 1-4, you can make an appointment to pick up your new family member!
