Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Starbright is a high-energy boy who’s always ready for action. He thrives on activity and engagement, so he’ll do best with an adopter who enjoys walks, play sessions, and keeping his mind stimulated. He loves toys of all kinds — balls, squeaky toys, tug ropes — and could easily spend hours playing if you let him! Whether you’re outside playing fetch or inside with a good chew toy, Starbright is in his element when he’s having fun. While he’s got plenty of zoomies to share, Starbright also has a soft side — he loves to cuddle. After a day of play, he’ll happily curl up beside you on the couch and enjoy some quiet bonding time. He’s very affectionate and enjoys being close to his favorite people. He is housetrained and knows basic commands, showing that he’s had some prior training. He's looking for a home with someone who has at least moderate dog experience — not a total beginner, but someone who understands how to provide structure, reinforce good habits, and manage a dog with big emotions and energy. While he gets along well with other dogs and could thrive with a playful canine sibling, Starbright has an unpredictable nature and needs clear boundaries and consistency. Because of this, he is not suited for homes with children. He’ll do best in a calm, structured adult-only household (18+) where his environment can be managed and he can feel secure. If you’re an experienced dog person looking for a bright, loving companion who’s equal parts playful and cuddly, Starbright may be the perfect fit for you. He’s ready to bring joy, fun, and loyalty into the right home — could that be yours?
