My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Silverbell is in a foster home!

A note from her foster family:
This sweet girl is about 9 years old and she is spayed and up to date on her vaccines. She was surrendered to HSCC in August 2025. After hearing that she was stressed and needed a break from kennel stress, we decided to break her out of the shelter and give her a safe place to crash until she finds her people!

Silverbell is well-behaved, calm and enjoys lounging in sunny spots. She`s not super snuggly, but she`s been slowly coming out of her shell and showing more of her sweet purrsonality every day. She`s been a true sweetheart who just wants a comfy place to relax and spend her golden years!

Because she is an older lady and prefers peace and quiet, she would do best in a home with no young children and likely no other pets. She did previously live in a home with a dog and cat and while she tolerated their presence, she did not interact with them at all or spend time around them. She may adjust ok to a home with another calm cat or calm dog with some time.

If you or someone you know can offer her a soft bed, a little love, and a peaceful forever home, please reach out!

Please email hsccfosterteam@gmail.com to be put in touch with her foster family!
