Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Playful, Adventurous, Dainty
Patchwork Quilt is aptly named! Exactly half of her nose is buff; the other half is grey. Her front legs are buff; her back legs are grey. Extra cute!
She’s a perfect mix of independent and social! If you’re at work all day, she’s happy to spend the day lounging in a sunny window. When you’re free, she LOVES to play, especially with wand toys and catnip-stuffed kicker toys.
She has a great sense of humor and loves to make you laugh. Sometimes, she will just randomly flop over and stretch WAAAY out. Her foster once opened a high cabinet, only to find Patchwork lounging on top of a stack of plates!
If you put her in your lap when she’s in a sleepy cuddly mood, she’ll stay for hours if you let her. If she’s not feeling it, she’ll just jump down.
Patchwork has had positive experiences with other cats, dogs, and kids. She would fit well into almost any home.
Patchwork Quilt has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Patchwork Quilt can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about Patchwork Quilt’s care.
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
