Jersey & Duke are a sweet, calm, and cuddly bonded pair who can’t wait to find their forever home together. Jersey is a soulful girl who will look right into your eyes for minutes at a time—her gaze feels like she’s speaking straight to your heart. She’s also the playful one of the pair, sometimes getting the zoomies and running happy laps around the backyard.
Duke is her loyal sidekick, a one-eyed wonder with the cutest wink you’ve ever seen. As an older gentleman, Duke tends to gravitate toward one special person. Once he chooses you, he’ll stick by your side through everything. He takes life seriously and puts his whole heart into it—if Duke were a person, he’d be the straight-A student or the top performer at work, giving 100% in everything he does.
These two are housebroken, well-mannered, and love nothing more than snuggling with their people. They enjoy walks, car rides, and making new doggy friends—as long as they get to stay side by side.
Together, Jersey & Duke offer double the love, double the joy, and double the companionship. If you’re looking for a bonded duo who will fill your home with warmth, apply to meet them today at https://azsmalldog.org/adoption-form/

More about this shelter

Arizona Small Dog Rescue is a non profit registered 501(c)3 no kill rescue shelter. We are a group of volunteers who have dedicated our lives to rescuing and saving homeless, unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and abused small dogs. We save most of our animals from kill shelters around the valley, but also accept owner surrenders and stray surrenders. Owner surrender fee’s vary depending on space and availability. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, medically examine, microchip, and evaluate and/or socialize all dogs that come into our rescue before placing up for adoption to pre-screened homes. We rescue many dogs every week and always have a wide variety of personalities and breeds available who would be a perfect fit for any family and any home.
