My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🚨🐾 Captain Needs Out of the Shelter 🐾🚨
This sweet boy is spending his prime years behind a kennel door, and it’s breaking our hearts.
Captain is almost 2 years old — a young, playful, toy-obsessed pup who should be chasing balls in a backyard, not waiting day after day in a shelter.
🎾 Captain’s favorite thing in the world? TOYS. All of them. He’s a one-dog play party and will keep himself entertained for hours — or happily share his toys with a human friend (especially if snacks are involved).
💛 While he can be unsure around new people — especially men — he warms up quickly with a treat, a toy, and a little patience. Once you’ve earned his trust, you’ve got a loyal, goofy companion for life.
🏡 Captain is looking for:
A home with no small kids or cats
A patient, understanding owner who will give him the time he needs to settle in
Plenty of toys, space to play, and a kind heart that sees past the shelter stress
This boy is ready to thrive — he just needs someone to give him that chance.
📩 Message us to meet Captain and help get him out of the shelter and into the life he deserves.
